& Fees
At Gather Dance Academy, we believe that dance and fitness should be accessible, transparent, and focused on the growth of our community. Our tuition and fee structure is designed to be straightforward, allowing you to focus on what matters most: the joy of movement and the development of new skills.
Below, you will find a breakdown of our rates, and payment options for the upcoming season.
Registration Fee:
$30 (per dancer)
After July 31, 2026, the registration fee will become $35 per dance. This amount is non-refundable once received.
Tuition Fees:
Fees are paid monthly. Regular Season classes run from September to June. All classes are held once a week.
All registered dancers are guaranteed 30 classes pro-rated over the course of the season.
There will be NO dance classes held during Winter Break, Spring Break, Stat Holidays or Pro-D Days, unless otherwise notified.

Competition Fees:

Entry fees vary by event and are non-refundable once submitted to the competition organizers.

A deposit of $50 is required at time of registration for competition. The remainder is due by January 1, 2027.

Costume Deposits: A deposit of $95 is required by November 15, 2026 for each competitive routine.

Travel Expenses: Families are responsible for their own travel, lodging, and meal costs for out-of-town events. Dancers may have to miss school if their competition lands on a school day.
Recreational program FEES:

Costume Deposits: A deposit of $70 is required by November 15, 2026 for each competitive routine.
Payment options:
Cheques: Please date cheques for the 1st of every month. Cheques are to be made to Cassie-Marie Donovan. There will be a $10 charge for all NSF cheques.
Etransfer: Please send e-transfers to gather.danceacademy@gmail.com and make sure the name of the dancer(s) is in the memo.
Cash: Monthly cash payments will NOT be accepted. If cash payments are necessary, a minimum of 3 months at a time are required.
